Made on Demand
Our products are made on demand. This means each item is produced specifically for you when you place your order. This approach allows us to reduce waste, minimise overproduction and ensure that every piece meets our quality standards before it reaches you.

Processing Time
Because each order is made to order, please allow 2–5 business days for your item to be produced and prepared for dispatch. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been placed and a further notification with tracking details once it has been dispatched.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- United Kingdom: 3–5 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- United States & Canada: 7–14 business days
- Rest of the World: 7–21 business days
Please note that these are estimated timeframes and may vary depending on your location, local postal services and any unforeseen circumstances.
International Shipping
We ship to destinations around the world. Atlas Threads is a brand built for explorers, and we want our pieces to reach you wherever you are.
International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order. All applicable taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer and may vary depending on your country's import regulations.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after you receive your dispatch notification.
If you have not received your tracking information within 7 business days of placing your order, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.
Customs & Import Delays
International orders may be subject to customs inspections and import duties depending on the destination country. These processes are outside of our control and can occasionally cause delays beyond our estimated delivery timeframes.
We recommend checking your country's customs regulations before placing an order. Any customs fees, import duties or taxes applied by your local authority are the responsibility of the customer.
